Paul is a graduate of Economics from Usman Danfodio University Sokoto and proceeded to the University of Jos for an M.Sc Economics with specialization in Development Economics. Paul has worked in various Marine companies in Nigeria and has over fifteen years of experience in Marine Logistics and Maritime security escort services in and out of Nigeria.
